STUDY OF PERFORMANCE OF MACERATION AND BRAZING OF SOME COPPER ALLOY

Abstract

Abstract: Maceration alloy is an important material in the coldpressed maceration, pressureless maceration and PDC bit manufacture. The study shows，under vacuum maceration, the temperature of maceration and brazing may be decreased to 10500C and matrix has good performance of maceration and brazing by using Cu一Ni-Mn一Sn four-part alloy whose ingredient
is very strict.
