Abstract:

The commodity value, use value and exchange value of achievements in scientific research as a kind of technical commodity are discussed in this paper. The correct ways to popularize and apply the achievements obtained by colleges and universities have been proposed on the basis of discussing various potential channels to transfer the achievements into social productive force.
