Abstract: The organizational structure of reservoir management is getting flatter, network and information-sharing are getting popular.The active multidisciplinary team should be built based on using network and sharing the integrated information.Hu-man resource management is essential for the team to realize the synergy of geology,engineering as well as economic evaluation.
Successful reservoir management depends upon teamwork and continuous interaction among team members.A synergy of team and its economic value has been discussed and work analysis of the team has been presented in this paper.
