PRINCIPLE OF SOFTWARE FOR PRECISE DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATION IN SINGLE CONE BIT TEST

Abstract:

This paper introduces the software principle and the program compiling method for data acquisition with PDC(precisidata acquisition and control system), and its application in the single cone bit test. It includes : 1. the method for scanning channels as an oscilloscope before data acquisition starts; 2. the method for selecting the program controlling amplification and for determining the converting coefficient automatically by the software; 3. the method for acquiring the pulse—digital signals from multichannels at the same time;4.the method for timing data acquisition and change in frequency with the software;5.the method for dealing with data and drawing curves with powerful functions Of dealing,displaying and controlling pictures by the software AUTOCAD.
The tests have proved that these methodds are useful for reducing data acquisition errors,making tests reliable and dealing with data easily without expensive equipment.
