Abstract: This paper gives one MODEM that is applicable for computer radio
communication according to the principle of timing pulse frequency discri-
urination.Counters and decoders of TTL are used in the circuit to produce
timing signal£¬to achieve modulation and demodulation of frequency-shift
keying .The data transfer rate of the MODEM is 1200 bps,
