THE OIL RECOVERY TECHOLOGY WITH SCREW PUMP IN THIN OIL AREA

Abstract: Through the research on the structure and principle of screw pump, combining the oil well production condition, choosing the oil wells which are suitable for oil recovery technology with screw pump, oil recovery technology with screw pump is developed by using the specialized optimal software. The purpose is to satisfy the normal run of supply and discharge of oil well and lift system. Analysis of oil wells inflow performance and actual production conditions are introduced to determine the actual relations between supply and discharge of oil wells, and choose the range and specification of screw pump discharge capacity, then, carry on necessary optimal design of sucker rod, drive equipment and life system. Comparing with the field data of energy consumption between oil production of screw pump and oil production of pumping unit , it formulates that the oil production technique of screw pump have good characteristic of energysaving and costdecreasing, and It provides an important path to deep well midquality oil development. 
