Abstract:

By applying the regression analysis method，the relations between the abrasive wear volume of the friction surface material of a drilling of a drilling pump and its hardness，the piston material and the surface finish of the friction surface of the drilling pump are studied. The regression equation of the abrasive wear volume is set up. The working condition with minimum rate of wear is ascertained.
