Abstract: Resource evaluation of deep natural gas strata is done in Songliao Basin by using statistic,analogic and play assessment methodology,etc.Based on study of charging,reserving,trapping,preserving,and matching conditions of natural gas,standards of deep natural gas play assessment parameters are set up.Natural gas resource richness (y) of calibrated area is calculated by using statistic methodology and the relationship of natural gas resource richness and geological evaluation coefficient(x) is regressed and matched,according to the geologic conditions,the deep zones in the basin are ranked,the deep natural gas resource in the basin is mainly concentrated in Xujiaweizi and Miaotaizi sags.
