THE DESIGN OF A NEW TYPE OF KINETIC ENERGY EQUILIBRIUM SYSTEM FOR LONG SROKE PUMPING UNITS

Abstract:

New type of kinetic energy equilibrium system criterion of long stroke pumping units is introduced in this paper. The optimal design of rational shape and parameters of the variable diameter roller can reduce the energy consumption of the long stroke pumping units by using new type of kinetic energy equilibrium system. The kinetic energy equilibrator criterion is used in the equilibrium system of pumping units, and the equivalent kinetic model of the variable diameter roller and flywheel roller is set up on the basis of dynamic theory. The motion equation of the flexible rope center during the stable stage is given and the design method of the flexible rope and the variable diameter roller is expounded. Then the mean function and other related parameters are calculated. Finally, the result indicates that the problem of flywheel acceleration continuously and storing energy can be solved by controlling the flywheel velocity by using special shape of the variable diameter roller.
