    There is the active frequently thermal fluid, the vein developed in Budate Group of Hailaer Basin. The three types of hydrocarbon inclusions in ankerite vein and quartz vein are the rich CH4 gas hydrocarbon inclusion, the liquid hydrocarbon inclusion and the liquidgas two phases organic inclusion in early, middle and alter periods respectively. According to study of the hydrocarbon inclusions of host mineral, homogenization temperature and composition of host mineral, that the formation of ankerite vein is owing to magmatism and lowtemperature hydrothermal activity; the formation of quartz vein is probably due to deep stated fluid. The rich CH4 gas hydrocarbon inclusion probably came from the deep; the middle period liquid hydrocarbon inclusion of ankerite vein formed in the fracture while hightemperature metamorphic water took hydrocarbon of wall rock during the thermal event; the later liquidgas two phases hydrocarbon inclusion in ankerite vein, quartz vein stand for oil and gas migration and accumulation. In combination with the reconstruction of the burial history and thermal history, it is recognized that the time of hydrocarbon entrapment in Budate Group is 60~105Ma, beginning at sedimentary time of Yimin Formation and until to the Qingyuangang Formation.

    Wireline formation testing(WFT)is one of primary methods of deriving reservoir information in oil industry. As the testing time is relatively short, WFT pumping Volume seldom breaks down mud contamination, capillary force in the invaded zone impacts testing pressure data. The capillary force properties of invaded zone in different formation type are analyzed, and a novel capillary force calculation model is established based on the combination of NMR logging data and empirical equation from Schlumberger CORP. The WFT testing data corrected by this model are compared with DST testing data. The comparative result shows that this novel model method can effectively correct WFT data, and improve WFT interpreting accuracy.

    Abstract:Aimed at the difficulty of development and geological research of the bloke 4 of Shuguang Oilfield, Liaohe basin, quantitative sedimentary micofacies research is held according to the sedimentary principle and logging interpretation, the result of stochastic sedimentary microfacies modeling is used to restrict the space distribution of reservoir parameters, and thus it can derive fine geological model, which solve the disfigurement that sedimentary facies research outcome disconnect with reservoir parameter distribution. This method realizes successfully the fine sedimentary micofacies modeling of Dujiatai reservoir of the bloke 4 of Shuguang Oilfield, and provides geological reference to remaining oil research and development adjustment.

    Depth error in depth migration profile isn't equal to velocity error, sometimes it is twice as many as velocity error. To analyze the pseudo phenomena caused by migration velocity error, the authors of the paper study the depth error between poststack migration and prestack migration caused by same velocity error, and it is the depth error of migration profile is only related to velocity error and there is not direct relation with methods of depth migration (poststack migration or prestack migration). Then the numerical simulation of a complex lenticular body model with waveequation modeling and migration is done, and it is pointed out that the velocity error could not only induce depth error, but also change the modality of construction and the deformation in phase axis in subjacent layers. Furthermore, it could change the frequency of reflective event. They are the pseudo phenomena caused by migration. To correctly identify them is very important for testing the correctness of velocity model and seismic data explanation.

    In terms of the quality problem of well logging and well testing data, the authors of this paper put forward a new data cleaning method based on clustering analysis and nerve network prediction technology with the method, the missing data in well logging data and well testing data are firstly checked up, clustering analysis adopted to classify the data that don't exist missing data, and then ant colony clustering analysis and neutral network study are carried on to correct the wrong data and fill in the missing data. The data cleaning method is proved to have good effects in the application of well testing analysis.

    A Predictive reservoir model with the selfadoption and complicated nonlinear property is set up. Because Multilayer Feed Forward Neural Networks BP Algorithm exists weakness of getting bogged down in the local optima, stronger robustness and global convergence of PSO Algorithm, this research makes use of the particle swarm optimization (PSO) to improve the neural network, then, on the basis of the Luodai gas field in Sichuan Province, by the computation methods of PSO of the neural network, the reservoir characters(such as porosity, permeability) is forecasted, also the precision is tested and is compared with traditional computation methods of BP and LMBP, by which a obvious geography efficiency superior to traditional explanation methods is obtained, the shortcoming base from BP and LMBP algorithm are effectively overcome.

    Taizhou Formation in Northern Jiangsu Basin is still a new petroleum exploration area now. By analyzing the fractional composition of saturate hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon and the geochemical parameter of the crude oil, the geochemical characteristics of the crude oil are studied and the sedimentary environment, parent substance, the maturity and the source of the oil are investigated. The geochemistry of the crude oil is similar, the sterane is rich, the main terpane is the hopane and the regular sterane is the main sterane type. It is concluded that the oilforming sources are mainly fungus and algae, not higher plants; the crude oils were formed in reducing and salt water environments, the salinity was higher and the reducibility was stronger in the northwest of Fudong Fault than in the southeast; the crude oil is immature.

    On the basis of the previous study and making use of the study on outcrop, well drilling data and paleontology adequately, the characteristics of platformbasin sedimentary system in Qiannanguizhong Sag in Devonian are summed up. Sedimentary system in the basin in Devonian includes mudstone classic turbidity, shalesiliceous rock, siliceous rocklimestone, mudstonemarlite source rock and siliceous rockformation mechanismvolcaniclastic turbidity. Sequence stratigraphy is used to analyze and research the platformbasin system deeply. Sequence boundary always represents as the surface of the change of lithology. And a few boundaries appear erosion surface. Nevertheless, integrated sequence could response to change of sea level.

    The Southeast Xiang depression, in which the Paleo~Mesozoic strata are generally exposed, is one of the Paleo~Cenozoic superimposed basins in South China. The attention is rarely paid to this area ever before. In this paper, based on the field outcrop survey and the thin section analysis, the major diagenetic types including micritization, cementation, pressure solution, dolomitization, recrystallization, cataclasis and dissolution are analyzed, all the diagenesis took place on seafloor, nonmarine(fresh water and mixed water), shallow burial, deep burial to epigenetic environments. Of all the types of dianenesis, cataclasis, pressure solution, denudation and dolomaitization play a positive role in the porous development of reservoirs. Especially, cataclasis and pressure solution which are very typical in the area, improve the ability of the reservoir rocks, and the dolomite intercrystal pores caused by dolomitization is a very important pore space, in which the favorable petroleum exploration targets are expectable.

    According to characteristics and request of reservoir evaluation, as well as the limitation of information in beach area, the method and workflow of integrated reservoir evaluation driven by seismic data is put forward in this paper. Taking the seismic data as restriction, this method makes combination of a set of technology including setting sequence stratigraphic frame, 3D fine structure interpretation, seismic attribute analysis, stochastic simulation seismic inversion, geological modeling based on seismic data, and numerical simulation. The results of structure interpretation and stochastic simulation seismic inversion are the input of 3D quantitative geological model. The integrated predictive model is set through revising by dynamical data. The application to Zhangdong development zone in beach area of Dagang Oilfield generates a better effect. It also provides the reference for the analogical area in reservoir evaluation.

    The existing sedimentary model of turbidity fan comes from Walker fan model, which has some deflects without considering such external factors as sea level fluctuation, tectonic setting. Taking Shi115 turbidity fan in midwest area of Dongying depression as example, the control of the factors to the development of turbidity fan, which are tectonic movement, sea level fluctuation, sediments supply and pale geomorphology is analyzed. Research shows that tectonic movement and lacustrine level fluctuation control the formation of sedimentary space, and the sediments supply results in the decrease of sedimentary space, so as to control the development of turbidity fan. The distribution of turbidity fan is severely impacted by pale geomorphology existed in the time of sedimentation, the integration of the factors controls the formation and distribution of turbidity fan.

    In the Es1 Formation in Qikou Sag, the interlaminated coccolith limestone and mudstone develops extensively, in some literature, it is classified as “oil shale” because of the oil bearing. Predecessors have done many researches on the hydrocarbon accumulation potential of coccolithophorida, however, the reservoir characteristics research of coccolith limestone is still not taken seriously. So, through scanning electron microscope, density measuring, the irregular sample porosity measuring and well logging interpretation etc., the authors of the paper mainly research the reservoir characteristics of coccolith limestone. It is discovered that the inter granular pores and intra granular pores of coccoliths develop extensively and distribute evenly in coccolith limestone, and the average porosity of interlaminated coccolith limestone and mudstone can reach 16.0%, the permeability is (1~100)×10-3μm2. So, coccolith limestone is of good reservoir property. The interlaminated coccolith limestone and mudstone is potential oil reservoir.

    The microbe association gas generating ability, system surface tension of surfactant generated by microbe, heat resistance and saly tolerance are analyzed, the association is reperated and selected from oil containing polluted water from Qinhai, Dagang, Shengli, Liaohe, Xinjiang and Nanchong refinery. It is recognized that temperature influences the microbe growing and the metablism of microbe group greatly, under the condition of extreme temperature of low temperature (<5℃) and high temperature(>75℃), the microbe group is less active, the gas generating microbe generates no gas. The change of temperature influence also the shape, size and distribution of single microbe, in high salinity, some microbe can grow. The influence of relative microbe content and internal composition is analyzed. Result shows under a certain condition, the microbe association is of stronger gasgenerating ability, it can decrease surface tension of the system, heatresistance and salttolerance. The sorted oil microbe can fairly adopt to reservoir condition and reduce oil viscosity. The microbe association is of superiority in oil recovery.

    The mudstone caprocks of biogenetic gas reservoir of Quaternary in Qaidam Basin is in the early stage of diagenesis, with the characteristics of poor consolidation, relatively high porosity, big pore diameter and relatively lower breakthrough pressure, which results in the weak sealing of biogenetic gas reservoirs. There must be special sealing mechanism to form large scale gasbearing province. Through analysis of petrology and microstructure characteristics of mudstone, it is indicated in this paper that the cap rock quality is the main reason that forms weak sealing state if there are sufficient gas resource and no fault destruction. In this kind of geologic condition, it can be concluded that the physical properties between mudstone and sandstone are the fundamental sealing condition to prevent and alleviate biogenetic gas loss, the mudstone saturated with underground water with high salinity and mudstone pore filled with retained water improve the difficulty of biogenetic gas permeation, the cap rock , as source rock at the same time, forms hydrocarbon density sealing to prevent biogenetic gas from migrating vertically; the compensation of cap rock thickness inhibits the biogenetic gas loss further. All of the above factors accelerate the formation of large scale biogenetic gasbearing province.

    There is a noticeable correlation between gas logging data and oilbearing reservoirs. Reservoir oilgas potential is considered as reference series and gas logging parameters are taken as comparison series. Correlation degree between gas logging parameters and oilgas potential is obtained based on average weight grey correlation analysis. The weight of gas logging parameters in the weighted grey correlation analysis of tested reservoirs and unknown reservoirs are ascertained. Correlation degree between tested reservoirs and unknown reservoirs is obtained by weight grey correlation degree. Oilgas potential of unknown reservoirs is recognized in the light of maximum subject degree. The case study shows that the method is simple in calculation and the result is reliable, it is practicable for recognizing oilgas potential.

    Steam overlapping and steam channeling decrease sweeping efficiency of steam drive while steamdrive exploiting heavy oil reservoirs. Thermal foam drive, steam drive by adding noncondensing gas and hightemperature foaming agent, shows effective recovery performances in foreign and domestic researches and applications. The recovery efficiency of thermal foam drive with displacement experiment and numerical stimulation is researched. The results indicate thermal foam flooding effectively improves displacement efficiency of steam drive and the oil recovery efficiency increases 38.5% in the experiment, up to 81.0%. The numerical stimulation of Gaosheng block in Liaohe oil field shows that recovery efficiency of thermal foam drive is higher than steam drive. Foam can block steam channeling and decrease steam overlapping, improve temperature distribution in reservoirs and thermal foam drive is an effective EOR method.

    A technology for reducing the well bore heat transfer loss of heavy oil production well by using gravity heat pipe is proposed. Based on the heat transfer theory of gravity heat pipe and the model of well bore heat transfer, a theoretical model for calculating the heat loss in well bore with gravity heat pipe is established. The mechanism and technological feasibility of reducing well bore heat transfer loss by using gravity heat pipe are analyzed. Research indicates that gravity heat pipe can raise the temperature of fluid in the upper well bore by absorbing the surplus thermal energy of the fluid in the lower well bore without additional energy. At the same time, it can reduce the well bore heat transfer loss and improve the temperature distribution along the well bore. Through this technology, several factors that influence well bore heat transfer loss are analyzed. The result shows that with the increase of down hole temperature, well fluid yield, the gravity heat pipe setting depth, the heat loss of well bore increase. Flow resistance of heavy oil rising in the down hole pipe can be decreased. Then the pumping unit load can be reduced and the goal of heating the well bore liquid with smaller energy can be achieved.

    Air injection for enhanced oil recovery has been successfully applied in various overseas reservoirs and geological settings, it has the advantages of low operation cost, high injectivity, high oil displacement efficiency and reserve tapping efficiency. In this paper, successful overseas air injection projects including light oil reservoirs, heavy oil reservoirs and bitumen reservoirs are systematically presented; current status of air injection technology in domestic reservoirs is briefly introduced; the mechanism of the technology, effect of enhanced oil recovery and the key factors of successful implementation are discussed, which can be used as a reference for the development of various domestic reservoirs.

    Whether wellhead Construction pressure could be effectively reduced is the bottleneck of restricting the safe and efficient development of deep tight or ultradeep reservoir with abnormal fracture pressure. Acid pretreatment is an effective method of decreasing formation fracture pressure. But for a specific formation, acid type, acid concentration, acid strength of acid pretreatment and how much the fracture pressure can be reduced after acid pretreatment often depend on experience, and theoretical guidance is badly required. In this paper, a sandstone acid injury model is established through analysis of changes in rock mechanical properties caused by acid pretreatment, and the value of fracture pressure is quantitatively calculated after acidification on the basis of the injury model. Through the comparison of the decreased fracture pressure of two wells before and after the acidification and the simulation results, the model can be regarded as to be reasonable and can be used to guide the onsite acidzing operation, decrease operation risks. This study has important significance and reference value for promoting theoretic development of hydraulic fracturing in deep reservoir.

    The dissolved pores in fracture and vugtype reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield can be classified into small dissolved pore space and vugs, some of the vugs are not filled, and in the unfilled vugs, there not exists porous media, the fluids belongs to free flow, the law of flow is accordance with NavierStokes equation, there are free flow region and the region of flow through porous media, the law of law is accordance with DarcyStokes coupling mode. Aimed at the characteristics of fluids in Tahe Oilfield, the DarcyStokes mode, which is existing and used to describe the flow of single phase uncompressible fluids, is expanded to lightly compressible fluids of two phases, and also, according to the little pressure difference in the unfilled vugs, the oil water momentum conservation equation is simplified, the obtained momentum conservation equation is same as the one of uncompressible fluids in pattern, but the density and viscosity of fluids are the function of pressure. In the mode, the BeaversJosephSaffman boundary condition is introduced, and the condition is expanded to two phases flow. DarcyStokes mode is applied in numerical well testing, the result indicates the interpretation of NavierStokes mode is more close to the interpretation of geological mode expected by 3D seismic survey, despite of good matching effect being obtained from dual media flowing through porous media mode and NavierStokes mode.

    A computation model for calculating the skin factor of directional wells in the anisotropic reservoir is developed based on the theory of coordination conversion in order to study the influence of the law of flow on skin factor. Based on this model, the skin factor caused by well deviation and formation damage varying with deviation angle and azimuth angle is studied. It is found that the well bore track of directional well plays an important role on skin factor in the anisotropic reservoir. The decrease of deviation angle will result in the increase of skin factor caused by well deviation. The decrease of deviation or azimuth angle will result in the increase of skin factor caused by formation damage. This model has wide applicability and may provide some information for studying the productivity of directional well.

    FDM (finite difference method) is the most commonly used method in the simulation of waterbase mudfiltrate invasion, which is on the basis of the filtration theory of oilwater twophase flow. The “mesh ladders” are used to approximate the boundary of the deviated wells in conventional orthogonal coordinate system. The mesh size must be diminished to get accurate results, which will extremely increase the computation. The nonorthogonal coordinate systems are introduced to solve the problem. The two kinds of unitary vectors in nonorthogonal coordinate systems can be transformed mutually to orthogonal forms with a set of selfcontained theoretical methods. It is convenient to simulate the models of deviated well or deviated formation in nonorthogonal coordinate systems. The simulation results also approve that the method will get better results with less computation.

    In order to improve stable production period and recovery of Coalbed methane wells, the reasonable production intensity in initial production in Xinnan area is computed with differential geometry theory and Darcy′s law. Based on the measured data about the production wells in the condition of single drainage 3# coalbed in the southeast of Qinshui Basin, the relations between the initial and actual critical desorption pressure with the method of least squares is established, it is used to determine dropping height of dynamic liquid; an average pressure and influent volume in initial production are computed with differential geometry theory and Darcy′s law. They are used to determine the best effective radius; based on the relation between the best effective radius and drainage time, combined with dropping height, the production intensity in initial production is computed. The agreement of the final computation results with the practical data indicates this method can be used to prevent reservoir stimulation and reduce energy consumption, recovery can be improved.

    The phenomenon of acid fingering in pad acid fracturing treatment directly affects acid distribution, effective distance, fracture conductivity. It is more complicated and difficult to study than other fingering phenomena. Previously, acid fingering was simulated in a model that consists of two lucite plates, which failed to simulate acid fingering with acidrock reaction. Based on previous study, one marmoreal plate and one doubledeck toughened glass plate, rather than two transparent glass plates, are used as the fracture walls. Acid fingering is successfully simulated with acidrock heterogeneous chemical reaction. Some new phenomena, which are not mentioned in existing literature, are discovered. The acid fingering patterns are characterized by fractal dimension, which is 1.86, 1.75, 1.75 and 1.81 respectively. Which illustrates that the fingering pattern is evidently fractal and directly supports the applications of fractal theory in acid fracturing design.

    In the midlate development stage, well productivity declines gradually and water cut increases generally, as well as well production management is more difficult, a certain Oilfield in Northeast China is taken as an example, on the basis of bitumen chromatograph fingerprint of side wall coring, typical fingerprint parameters are selected, then, according to the principle of correlation between fingerprint parameters values of the oil from single pay zone and pay zones productivity, the math model is set up. The contribution rate of single pay zone to well head oil is calculated based on least square method, furthermore, the production adjustment proposal is put forward aimly. Practice indicates the effectiveness is apparent, the quantitative monitoring is realized to the single pay zone productivity in midlate development stage. The technology is of strong application, less investment, short period, accuracy and quickness, and it can be widely popularized

    There is still much remaining oil in postpolymer flooding, it is a issue how to improve recovery in postpolymer flooding. The authors of this paper research the methods of high elasticity HPAM flooding, including synthesis and choice of high elasticity polymer, difference of HPAM with braches, as well as nonbranches and physics simulation experimentation. The research results show (1)The viscosityelasticity increases as HPAM with branches molecular weight of same concentration and shearvelocity (f). (2)When shear velocity is low, HPAM with branches has bigger elasticity modulus (G′).when shear velocity is over 9s-1 the HPAM with braches x2x is bigger than HPAM with nonbranches.(3) When HPAM with branches molecular weight is low, it can also improve oil recovery. If its molecular weight grows bigger, the viscosityelasticity of its system becomes also bigger and it can entrance higher oil recovery.

    Perforation technology of low permeability reservoir must be combined with fracturing technology, and the optimization of perforated intervals is one of the key problems. Aimed at the geological characteristics of the northwest area in Junggar basin, a practical optimal method of perforated intervals is presented in this paper, which applies multiple perforation plans, compared these plans with simulation results of these perforation plans and fracturing plan, perforation plan is optimized. This optimal plan can make every layers fractured evenly and strongly and can prevent propagating into the water or interlayer with lower stress. This method is practiced in the northwest area in Jungger basin, combined with separatelayer fracturing of restrict rate and packer, remarkable results are achieved.

    The thermal recovery technology by Steam injection has become the most effective methods for the heavy oil reservoir, after steam injection, the oil viscosity in steam sweeping region can obviously be reduced and which improves the conditions of flow through porous media around the well, but the nonswept region would not be effectively improved. Adopting the composite model in which, the inner region is regarded as heat loss and outer region as nonNewtonian PowerLaw fluid, the solution of Laplace space can be obtained in the condition of infinite formation, and the method of numerical inversion is used to figure out the corresponding type curves and the corresponding sensitive analysis made, the new type curve is different from the conventional compound reservoir's under the nonNewtonian flow influence, and the radial flow section of outside is no longer the general horizontal straightline portion, on the intersection, as a result of the condensation coefficient influence, the pressure derivative obviously falls , the bigger the condensation coefficient is, the more the pressure derivative falls seriously. These provide a new model for pressure behavior analyses of heavy oil reservoir.

    Hydrogenation cracking tail oil is of excellent performance, with high saturated hydrocarbon content, low sulfer and nitrogen content, it can be ethane cracking substance, also good quality basic oil raw material of lubricating oil, it can also be used to produce transformer oil, combustion engine oil and hydraulic oil etc., meanwhile, the by product of diesel can be obtained. Hydrogenation cracking tail oil from Liaoyang petrochemical Corp. is researched in Lab, the utilization of the hydrogenation cracking tail oil as basic oil of lubricating oil is investigated through the technique of vacuum distillation, solvent dewax and replenishment refinement. Research indicates that 15.3% HVI100 basic oil recovery, 35.4% HVI150 basic oil, 20.4% HVI 400 basic oil, diesel and transformer oil, can be obtained through hydrogenation cracking tail oil.

    The research develops two kinds of light hydrocarbon gasoline.1# is applicable in summer season, which contains 55%(vol.) of methanol, 45%(vol.) of light hydrocarbon, 1.5%(m) of intensifier A and 0.3%(m) of corrosion inhibitor B. 2# is better to be used in winter, in which vol. percentage of methanol is added to 65, and the intensifier A reaches to 1.5%(m). Motor performance test proves that after adding 1.0%(m) or 1.5%(m) of A to 1# or 2# gasoline, the power performance of engine can get to the level of 90# pure gasoline, and the fuel consumption rate get a little decrease than gasoline, which makes the light hydrocarbon gasoline a much better economic performance, especially in rich light hydrocarbon areas.

    AM/DMC acidizing fluid thickener MDNC is synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization, the reaction is in kerosenewater emulsion, the emulsifiers of system are Span 80 and OP 10. The effect of reaction conditions, such as initiator concentration, emulsifier concentration, total monomer concentration on the polymer intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight are investigated. The optimal reaction conditions are initiator amount 0.20 wt%; emulsifier concentration 15 wt%;monomer ratio(AM∶DMC)=3∶1; total monomer concentration 25 wt%. And evaluation is made to emulsifier MDNC acidizing fluid performance, the thickener has the advantages of good thickening effect, good thermal stability, strong antishearing capability and good antisalts capability. It has better application prospect.

    For making damping materials with broader zone of temperature and frequency, extending the damping functional zone of chlorinate butyl rubber to higher temperature, interpenetrating polymer network(IPN)is produced based on chlorinate butyl rubber mixed with poly(methyl)acrylate (PMAC). The dynamic mechanical analysis shows the IPN has higher damping value when PEA serves as the second composition, but its damping functional area is narrower; the IPN has broader damping functional region when the second composition is PBMA, its damping temperature zone with damping factor tan δmax≥0.3 spans across from -45℃ to 57℃. The microstructures of IPN are characterized by 13CNMR, FTIR and TEM. These results show that the IPN forms a dual phase continuity interlocked structure.

    The working conditions of crude oil DRA is analyzed in this paper, the dragreducing mechanics and the impacting factors of DAR are given out, and the comprehensive property testing of DRA flowing through different size of pipes is introduced in simulated facility selfmade based on industrial standard, the conclusion is obtained that the drag reducing rate does not decline or increase as Reynolds number gets greater, the rate reaches maximum while Reynolds number is in a certain value, and under same condition of testing, the greater the agency concentration is, the more the number of high molecular dragreducing agency in unit fluid, the more the nonsheared dragreducing molecular after same shearing, and the dragreducing rate will increase after same times of shearing.

    Four types of surfacing welding electrodes ware homemade and foundry tungsten carbide welding seam is quenched or deep cooling treated according to fragmentation, abrasion and desquamation failure form of sinteredcarbide welding layer of milling shoe. N and K model electrodes used in test is flaked likely. Thin canal cast tungsten carbide welding rod possesses the best impact abrasion resistance. The weight ratio of tungsten carbide and thin tube affects directly on peening wear resistance and peeling of tungsten carbide. The reciprocity of shadow effect of hard phase of welding seam and fasten effect of basal body and bonding phase to hard phase is the reason of strengthening impact abrasion resistance if the weight ratio of tungsten carbide and thin tube is suitable. The impact abrasion resistance of cast tungsten carbide welding layer of milling shoe increases 17.4% by quenching. It also increases 43% by cryogenic treatment after quenching. Structure analysis shows that hard phase of welding layer has little been affected by cryogenic treatment. The Structure is also η+ M6C + M23C6+ M7C3。the change of component , shape and distribution of bond phase is the main reason of enhancing impact abrasion resistance.

    With the development of petroleum industry, especially exploitation of offshore oil and gas, many high temperature oilgas wells appear, liquid produced from these wells makes temperature increase fast around the casing, liquid sealed in annulus will expand with high temperature and force an additional load to annulus. The additional pressure will reach internal pressure strength and collapse resistance of casing, so the additional load caused by high temperature oil and gas brings many safety questions. Authors of this paper summarize several methods to prevent the additional load of casing duo to increasing temperature, make comparison by their scope of application, reliability and cost, and establish two kinds of additional load prevention models. According to both models, the authors give feasible easure to prevent the additional load mentioned above.

    Using finite element method (FEM), the magnetostatic and transient emulation models of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) of oil tube are established. Parameters of the exciters, inspecting velocity and size of defects are analyzed by using two models respectively. Compared with static and transient simulation results, the limitation that uses magnetostatic model to simulate MFL of defects of oil tube is concluded. When the velocity is over 5m/s, simulating with magnetostatic model suffers somewhat inaccuracy. Although accurate results are usually obtained with transient model, the long elapsed time during the simulation process consumes a lot resources. At last, the conditions of using magnetostatic model to simulate MFL of defects are presented.

    After selecting location for underground gas storage which is rebuilt from oil reservoir, and for maximizing the singlewell production, it is necessary to analyze the reasonable singlewell injection/recovery capability. On the basis of actual conditions of a reservoir and the nodal analysis method, through numerical simulation, the conduitflow dynamicstate is calculated. According to coordinate points, critical erosion flow rate and critical liquid carrying flow rate, the reasonable recovery capability of different size tubing is calculated. According to coordinate points, critical erosion flow rate, formation pressure, formation cracking pressure and compressor normal rated power, the reasonable injection capability of different size tubing is calculated. This research provides some references for how to select tubing size and how to control wellhead pressure while injecting and recovering. The research indicates that the underground gas storage rebuilt from R oil reservoir adopts 184.2mm tubing which is widely used internationally, the gas recovery is 185×104~390×104m3/d, gas injection capacity is25×104~295×104m3/d

    New type of kinetic energy equilibrium system criterion of long stroke pumping units is introduced in this paper. The optimal design of rational shape and parameters of the variable diameter roller can reduce the energy consumption of the long stroke pumping units by using new type of kinetic energy equilibrium system. The kinetic energy equilibrator criterion is used in the equilibrium system of pumping units, and the equivalent kinetic model of the variable diameter roller and flywheel roller is set up on the basis of dynamic theory. The motion equation of the flexible rope center during the stable stage is given and the design method of the flexible rope and the variable diameter roller is expounded. Then the mean function and other related parameters are calculated. Finally, the result indicates that the problem of flywheel acceleration continuously and storing energy can be solved by controlling the flywheel velocity by using special shape of the variable diameter roller.

    Inverted pendulum drill assembly is one kind of new drill assembly for well deviation control, it displays well packed hole character under the small deviation angle and high bit pressure guards. In order to correctly use this kind of drill assembly, the authors of the article take the 311.5mm well as example to study the design approach of inverted pendulum drill assembly and provide the basis for Inverted pendulum drill assembly optimized design. Through analyzing size paring of the stabilizer above and below drill collar, as well as the different pendulum length, it is recognized that suitably increasing drill collar size above stabilizer and reducing the drill collar size below stabilizer and increasing the color length between stabilizer and bit can enhance the well deviation control ability of inverted pendulum drill assembly. When designing the inverted pendulum drill assembly, big drill bit corner should be obtained if the drill collar between bit and stabilizer don't contact the borehole wall.

    In order to study the rules and dynamics of hydrophobic associating polymer flooding, a mathematical model of hydrophobic associating polymer flooding is built. Based on the laboratory research of hydrophobic associating polymer solution structure, lineshape system and polymer aggregate are jointly used to describe the property variation and flow characteristic of hydrophobic associating polymer solution in porous media. Water phase relative permeability reduction ability under different pore and permeability condition, inaccessible pore volume factor changing along with the porosity and permeability, the relationship between adsorptive retention and flow resistance force are taken into account in this model. The model is used to match the data of core flooding experiment. The simulation result is basically coincident with the core flooding experiment data. It shows that the mathematical model can describe the displacing performance of hydrophobic associating polymer solution effectively. It offers a research method and analytical tool for theoretical investigation and application of hydrophobic associating polymer flooding in the field.

He graduated from Beijing Institute of Geology in 1956.Then he worked in Beijing Institute of Geology, Chengdu College of Geology,Chengdu Research Institute of Geosciences and Minerals successively, and had hold posts in International Union of Geological Sciences. Now professor Liu Baojun is the Honorary Director of Chengdu Research Institute of Geosciences and Minerals, the honorary president of chengdu university of technology,honorary president of technology association in Sichuan Province, the committee member of the 9th national CPPCC, the honorary president of geological association in Sichuan province,the Evaluation Committee Member of China National Science and Technology Awards, the Group Leader of the advanced expert consultation group.
    Academician Liu Baojun has an outstanding achievement in the field of sedimentary geology,basin analysis and plate motion, strata-bound deposits,sequence formation and incident geology, global sedimentary geology,oil and gas reservoir, the facies palaeogeography,biomineralization and so on. He pushed Chinese sedimentary studies to the forefront of the world, and many research results have a pioneer and inspiration influence in China.
    In the 1960s,Many departments in our nation adopted the new analysis of the deposition and ancient geography methods which he bring forward. In the 1970s,he put forward the theory of differentiation process and mineralization after deposition period. In the 1980s,he published the results of South Sichuan carbonate rocks and storm rock,breaking a new ground on the study of storm rock..In the 1990s,he first bring the global change concept to the field of geology study in our nation, and put forward the theory of the unified geological field. Many departments quoted and spread his theory, concept, and method,especial in the aspect of mineral exploration. On the basis of his theory and method, it has detected metal deposits such as Lead,Zinc,Copper in Hunan,Guangxi,Yunnan province and so on. He has published more than 100 articles on Chinese and foreign publications successively, and written 20 monographs, which have been the important textbook and reference books for geological staff in colleges , universities and other departments. In 1986, Liu Baojun acquired the outstanding contributions of young and middle-aged experts national title awarding, and in 1989 he obtained Lisigang geological science award. On 30th International Geological Congress in 1996,he gained the most valuable award which only represent the world's Geological Sciences highest honor. He was the first geological who obtained this award, and also was the NO.20 geologist who has obtained this laurel in the past century on the world. In 1997 he was conferred the honor title of excellent science and technology technology worker.In 2000,in China-related paleontology coral masterpiece which was written by Fan yingnian et al., the newly discovered fossils was named BAOJUN Coral, it presented certainly recommend to his contribution in Geology in China by geologicians.

    In this early winter, when the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China closed, the VOL 29 of the “JOURNAL OF SOUTHWEST PERTOLEUM UNIVERSITY” has been working into the end. Reviewing the 2007,under the strong support of the school leadership,the concerning of the expert reviewer, authors and readers, our journal has been published 6 No., 2 supplements and 346 papers.
    In this volume,No.1 highlighted “Luojiazhai” technology events,showing china petroleum exploration and development research to the authors and the world; No.2 to No.5 introduced the academic thought and development characteristics of “natural gas injection and development”,“petroleum machinery engineering”,“carbonatite study”,“enhanced oil recovery” and other disciplines,revealing our school's research;the journal fortunate enough to invite academician Liu Bao-jun contributing in NO.6,he insists scientific development idea should be put forward to solve the problems of the resource and environment in social development, especially, the water resource and water environment. The reasonable proposals and countermeasures regarding water resource will play a positive role in reasonable utilization and protection of water resource in China.
    The amount of publication greatly increased this year. In order to feedback writers and authors, the amount of papers have been increased 108.4 percent;achieved color printing which highlights the journal’s authority and influence; publication by the internet(http://www. swpuxb.com)have speeded up the dissemination of the journal,widened the scope of the dissemination;“Cover Person Introduction” gather the academicians,experts and scholars who is on the frontier science and technology of oil and gas.
    The quality of the journal is the life of the journal. In order to improve the quality , the journal took part in the activity of “journals proofreading no error commitment”since vol.29 No.5 which is auspice by China Periodicals Association.
    This volume maintains the characteristics,such as “OIL AND GAS ENGINEERING”, “GEOLOGY EXPLORATION”, “OIL AND GAS CHEMICAL ENGINEERING”, adds “EXPERT FORUM”, sets up “PROBE AND CONTENDS”.
    In this volume,60.5 percent of the papers are fund assisted theses,with 45.7 percent was national fund assistance.
    JOURNAL OF SOUTHWEST PERTOLEUM UNIVERSITY have been cited by domestic and foreign well-known database,such as EI,PA,CA,CSA/ASFA,AJ,CPA,CSCD and so on for the past year.
    Looking back the aspirations at the beginning of this volume, we have a small step forward on the road of “keep pace with times,promote social progress and exhibit school characteristics ”. We are well aware that JOURNAL OF SOUTHWEST PETROLEUM UNIVERSITY is knowledge unit output,for running well the journal,we should spare no effort on wider fields,longer journey and more work.
