Abstract:
In teacher's professional development, teaching reflection plays an important role among other aspects. Meanwhile, the PDCA circulation is a scientific, standard and programmatic management system for improving the management quality and benefit. The introduction of PDCA circulation can largely promote teaching reflection's initiative and enthusiasm, thus fundamentally enhance the education result and the quality of classroom teaching, as well as the teacher's professionalism and growth.
