Reform and Practice on Experimental Teaching of Physical Health

Abstract

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional Physical health experimental course, the experimental teaching contents,teaching methods, teaching concept, practice mode and evaluation system were reformed in order to improve the experiment teaching effect through boosting students' emphasis on the experimental course, enhancing students' homework exercise, completing open experimental teaching mode, trying to take the "medical-sport binding" mode, introducing vocational skills training and professional qualification authentication, setting up sports health club and Tuina massage association, and focusing on the introduction of the latest scientific research.
