Abstract:  Objective： To analyze the application effect of video assessment in nursing clinical operation skills training. Methods： The nurses participating in the clinical operation skill assessment were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 100 in each group. The control group used the traditional examination method， and the experimental group used the video examination method. The clinical operation skill examination results and the satisfaction of nurses and invigilators in the two groups were compared. Results： The test scores of nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The results of the survey showed that the satisfaction scores of the nurses and invigilators in the experimental group for 11 survey items were higher than those in the control group， and the difference in satisfaction scores for most of the survey items was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Video assessment method can effectively improve nurses' clinical operation skills， improve the assessment satisfaction， and improve the teaching effect， and it is worthy of promotion in nursing clinical operation skills training.
