The Application of Nursing Risk Management in General Surgery Wards

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective：To explore the nursing risk management in general surgery wards and its effect. Methods: Nurses' risk
consciousness and abilities to prevent risks were improved by the following measures such as implementing the Four Key quality management strategies, perfecting nursing risk management system, reinforcing legal awareness and improving service attitude,increasing communication skills and mutual trust between doctors and patients. Results: That nurses' awareness of risk and service were increased could significantly improve the quality of nursing. Conclusion: The application of nursing risk management in general surgery wards improved the patients' satisfaction and the quality of nursing, guaranteed the security and reduced disputes in nursing.
