摘要： 随着智能化时代的到来，智能手机已经成为大学生日常生活中不可或缺的一部分，对高校学风培育产生越来越广泛的 影响。通过对皖北7所本科院校发放电子调查问卷结果进行统计分析，探寻大学生智能手机使用普及情况下优良学风的培育 方法，加强校园文化对学风的促进作用、拓宽智能手机在学习应用中的渠道、提高教育工作者智能手机的管控能力、提升学生 智能手机使用的自我管控意识以及拓展优良学风培育形式。

Abstract: With the arrival of the era of intelligence, smart phones have become an integral part of college students' daily life, which has a more and more extensive impact on learning atmospheres in colleges and universities. Through the statistical analysis of the results of the electronic questionnaires collected in 7 undergraduate colleges in northern Anhui, this paper explores the cultivation methods of excellent learning atmospheres with the popularization of college students' smart phones, strengthens the promotion of campus learning atmosphere, broadens the applications of smartphones in learning, improves the management and control capabilities of educators' on smart phones, enhances the self-management awareness of students, and expands the methods of cultivating good learning atmospheres.
