摘要： 发挥教育学学科的传统优势，巩固教育学本科专业的基础地位，是当前师范院校的迫切任务和改革议题。精准把握教育 学本科专业改革的“时、度、效”，就是要看清“时局”，开展教育学本科专业的改革工作；纠正“准度”，优化教育学本科专业的改革 工作；讲究“实效”，强化教育学本科专业的改革工作。“时、度、效”三者有机统一，共同致力于教育学本科专业改革的全过程。

Abstract: It is the urgent task and issue for current normal colleges to give full play to the traditional advantages of the education discipline and to consolidate the basic status of the undergraduate major of education. Accurately grasping the "time, degree and efficiency" of the reform of undergraduate teaching for education majors means grasping the "time" to carry out the reform, improving the "degree of accuracy" to optimize the reform, and emphasizing the "efficiency" in strengthening the reform. The organic unification of "time, degree and efficiency" is committed to the whole process of the reform.
