Abstract:

Since its establishment，Dali University has made a remarkable achievement in scientific research and research
management. The research projects and research funds on both vertical and horizontal levels have multiplied.The scientific findings in the projects have enhanced the comprehensive strength of the university to a great extent，So，in order to complete the fundamental mission of the university and enhance its comprehensive strength，it is necessary to lay emphasis on the guidance of scientific research，improve the research management and its reward system，raise the overall level of the teaching staff，and improve their teaching quality.
