Abstract:

With the development of modern technology and the use of office automation, the traditional archive management mode is difficult to adapt to the changing needs, which requires us to change the traditional mode, and lay emphasis on both the collection and use of office automation in order to pay equal attention to confidentiality and transparency. Under the influence of the new archive view, in order to effectively promote the sustainable development of archival work it is necessary to deal with the relation between electronic records and paper files, and the relation between utilization and confidentiality.
