摘要：

目的：评价利多卡因，碘甘油联合治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）的疗效。方法：选择到我科就诊的83例RAU患者，随机分成两组。治疗组43例用利多卡因和碘甘油联合治疗，对照组40例用复方氯己定含漱液治疗，分别在治疗后3、5、7 d复诊观察临床症状和体征，并进行评定。结果：利多卡因，碘甘油联合治疗RAU的有效率为97.7%，高于复方氯己定含漱液治疗组的有效率（57.5%），经秩和检验，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：利多卡因，碘甘油联合治疗RAU效果良好。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of lidocaine combined with iodine glycerol on recurrent aphthous ulcer
（RAU）.Methods: Eighty-three cases of RAU were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （n=43）were treated with lidocine combined with iodine glycerol, and the control group（n=40）were applied gargle compound chlorhexidine. Healing effects of ulcers in 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after treatment were observed and compared. Results: The effective rate was 97.7% in treatment group and 57.5% in control group. There was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion: Lidocaine combined with iodine glycerol was a good method in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer.
