摘要：

目的：通过对口腔门诊患者的心理状态进行分析，探讨相应的对策，以寻求临床上医患更好地合作。方法：通过对568例
患者的自我评价及医师临床操作中的实际观察进行综合调查分析。结果：568例患者中有不同程度的牙科畏惧症患者占43％～48％，不良心理行为导致无法完成操作的占2．7％。结论：对患者进行心理疏导，建立良好的医患沟通关系，帮助患者克服不良心理，积极配合医师，以保证治疗顺利进行。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate a good way to improve doctor-patient cooperation by analyzing the psychological state of dental clinic patients. Methods: 568 self -assessments by patients were investigated and clinical operations by doctors were analyzed. Results: Forty-three to forty-eight percents of 568 patients showed dental fear and anxiety in varying degrees. 2.7% patients showed unhealthy psychological behavior which led to unfinished operation. Conclusion: Psychological counseling, together with a better communication of doctor to patient, would help patients overcoming dental fear and anxiety and ensure a smooth operation.
