下关作为大理白族自治州首府，是政治、经济、文化的交流中心。由于长期的多民族杂居，在语言上形成了具有地方特色的下关方言。下关方言中的叠音后缀形容词极为丰富，通过详尽的搜集整理，主要从两个角度进行类型分析，一是结构上分为词根与词缀；二是形式上分为ABB式与ABCD式。并概括出下关方言叠音后缀形容词的语法特征、语法功能以及语用功能。从而得出其作用在于加深所修饰事物状态的程度，充分地表达出说话人的情感；具有绘形、着色、描味的作用，富于较强的节奏感。
As the capital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Xiaguan is the center of politics, economy and culture with a long history of multi-nationality; this makes Xiaguan dialect as a local characteristic. This paper collects the reduplicative adjective suffix in Xiaguan dialect and analyzes its types from two aspects. Structurally speaking, Xiaguan reduplicative adjective suffix covers root and affix; formally speaking, it contains ABB type and ABCD type. The paper further summarizes its grammatical characters and functions and its pragmatic functions of enhancing the degree of modification and expressing feelings of the speakers, describing the items vividly and giving a strong sense of rhythm.
