为了帮助中国女子体操队备战2012年奥运会，实现2012年伦敦奥运会的战略目标，通过文献资料、录像观察、比较法和分析归纳法等方法，对第42届世界体操锦标赛女子团体决赛前8名队伍，全能决赛和单项决赛前8名运动员的成绩进行对比分析。结果表明：俄罗斯女队全面觉醒，一支独秀；单项竞争各有千秋，奖牌分布更加广泛；2012年竞争将更加激烈，中国女队应加强心理素质训练，合理平衡难、美关系，发扬传统优势，重点发展弱势项目。
To enable the Chinese Women’s Gymnastics Team to prepare for the 2012 Summer Olympics and achieve the strategic objectives，through comparative method and analytic induction，this paper，basing on literature and video，made a comparative study of the top eight in women s team semifinals，all-round finals and apparatus finals of the 42nd World Women s Gymnastics Championship respectively．The results showed that the Russian Women’s Team had outshone others；as for individual events，each team had its strong points．The competition will be fiercer for 201 2．Th e Chinese Women’s Team should strengthen psychological training，and develop their traditional advantages and focus on weak projects．
