目的：通过采取各种措施，提高护理人员参与优质护理服务“示范工程”活动的主动性。方法：组织全员培训，加强宣传，学习执行、执行力等相关理论，选派人员外出培训、考察。结果：走出认识误区，统一思想，护理人员明确优质护理服务的内涵及在活动执行过程中直承担的角色，提高了参与活动的主动性。结论：通过采取多种措施，使“示范工程”活动方案及护理部相关工作计划得到了落实。
Objective：To promote the initiative of participation in high—quality nursing“demonstration projeel”through varies strategies．Methods：We improved nursing quality by staff training and propaganda and through studies on execution and other related theories．Results：After the demonstration project，a clear connotation of high—quality care and responsibilities were recognized in aU nuring staffs，who showed more increased participation initiative．Conclusion：“Demonstration project”programs and related activities could be implemented by taking various effective measures．
