小学教师学历本科化是当今基础教育改革与发展的必然要求。教师专业化过程的首要任务是密切结合“教育理论”与
“教育实践”,培养教师能够在面临实际问题时的反思与决策的能力。依据“以学生为中心”等教育理念,围绕全程教育实践模式,从实践框架构建和实践探索等方面展开讨论。
Grade teachers with undergraduate course credential is an inevitable requirement of basic education reform and
development. The first and essential task in the course of teacher professionalization is to combine educational theory with educational practice and to cultivate teacher's reflective and decision-making ability in solving practical problems. Basing on student-oriented educational concepts, the paper discusses practice construction and exploration in the complete-process educational practice mode.
