云南民办学校教师收入调查
———以昆明市和红河州为例

民办学校教师的收入问题,其映射出的是民办教育发展中的深层次问题。为掌握云南民办学校教师的收入状况,通过调查民办学校教师工资及其他不定期收入的情况,收集数据,分析民办学校教师对自身收入的满意度,进而对民办学校教师收入过低的原因进行探究,提出稳定教师队伍,提高收入,促进民办教育和谐发展的思考。

Investigation of Private School Teacher's Income in Yunnan
———With Kunming and Honghe Prefecture as Example

Teacher's income in private schools will reflect the profound problems in the development of private education. To know private school teacher's income in Yunnan, the paper investigates their salary and other irregular incomes, analyses their income satisfaction, and then explores the causes of low income. Finally, the paper proposes the reflection of harmoniously stabilizing the contingent of teachers, raising their income, and promoting private education.
