疤宫人流术后即时放置固定式IUD300例临床分析

目的：探讨疤痕子宫人工流产术后落实避孕措施的方法。方法：对2004年1月至2010年12月疤痕子宫人工流产术后即时
放置固定式宫内节育器300例临床资料进行分析。结果：疤痕子宫人工流产术后放置固定式宫内节育器手术安全、避孕效果好，放置后的副反应低，继续使用率高。结论：疤痕子宫人工流产术后即时放置固定式宫内节育器是一种安全、有效的避孕措施，能有效促的促进妇女生殖健康。

300 Cases of IUD-therapy after Scar Uterus Abortion

Objective: To explore the birthcontrol measurements after scar uterus abortion operation. Methods: Data from 300 cases of scar uterus abortion from January 2004 to December 2010 in our station were conducted a retrospective analysis. Results: Intrauterine device (IUD) therapy after artificial abortion was safe, good contraceptive effect, with less side-effect and high continuous using rate. Conclusion: IUD therapy is a safe and effective contraceptive measure, which can effectively promote women's reproductive health.
