摘要：

亲权制度是一种古老的法律制度，亲权责任作为亲权制度的一个部分，对亲权的实现发挥着重要的作用。但是我国目
前的亲权责任制度存在诸多的不完善，结合社会现状，剖析我国亲权法律责任制度的问题和不足，在借鉴他国优秀经验的基础上构建我国的亲权责任制度。

关键词: 亲权, 亲权责任, 未成年人保护

Abstract:

The system of parental authority has a very long history. As a component of it, the system of parental liability plays
an important role in the implement of the former. But there are still many imperfections in the system of Chinese parental liability. It's necessary to analyze the problems and defections in the system of parental liability based on the current legislation and practice. With learning good experience from other countries, we should try to set up the system of parental liability of our own.
