Determination of Amino Glucose in Compound Content in Periplaneta americana

摘要:

目的:建立一种测定美洲大蠊中氨基葡萄糖类化合物的方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以硫酸软骨素为对照
品,在540 nm波长处测定氨基葡萄糖类化合物的含量。结果:硫酸软骨素在0.025~0.375 mg/m蕴范围内与吸收光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为1.35%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重性好,可用于测定美洲大
蠊中氨基葡萄糖类化合物的含量。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of amino glucose in compound from Periplaneta americana.
Methods: The content of the amino glucose in compound was determined at 540 nm with chondroitin sulfate as the standard substance by ultraviolet UV-visible method. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.025~0.375 mg/mL for chondroitin sulfate, r=0.999 8, the average recovery was 98.36%, RSD=1.35%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate, and can be used as the determination of amino glucose in compound from Periplaneta americana .
