摘要：

目的：建立川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外-可见分光光度法，以芦丁为对照品测定川滇桤木果
实中总黄酮的含量。结果：芦丁在0.19~0.95 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，A=1.082 6C+0.049 7（r=0.999 6），平均加样回收率为99.6%，RSD为1.09%（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可作为川滇桤木果实中总黄酮的含量测定方法。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of flavonoid in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii. Methods: The
content of flavonoid was detected from Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii by UV-visible method and the rutin was used as control.Results:Rutin was good linear in the range of 0.19 ~ 0.95 mg/mL :A=1.082 6C+0.049 7（r=0.999 6）the average recovery of 99.6﹪ and RSD of 1.09﹪（n=6）. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of total flavones in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii.
