大理州2010年至2012年凝难配血结果分析

摘要：

目的：全面了解大理州近3年来各医院送检的凝难配血情况。方法：对大理州中心血站2010年至2012年血型参比室处理
的凝难配血报告结果作分析。结果：显示送检的26份血样中18份存不规则抗体；而且Rh血型系统不规则抗体检出的比例最高（27.7%）；其余次之。8份为医院检验科或输血科聚凝氨试验法或卡式抗人球蛋白法出现凝集；经本室抗人球蛋白等一系列试验检测；未发现异常。结论：受检测患者中Rh血型系统不规则抗体检出的比例最高（27.7%）；其余次之。此外，医院配血时忽略了抗人球蛋白试验的操作细节，会将非特异性的凝集误判为特异性抗体引起的凝集。

Abstract:

Objective: To comprehensively study the difficult blood-matching sample which was sent from hospitals in Dali area
within the past 3 years. Methods: The results of difficult cross matching in Dali Blood Donor Center from 2010 to 2012 were conducted retrospective analysis. Results: There were irregular antibodies in 18 of 26 samples and the highest rate （27.7%）in Rh blood group system. Though reported agglutination tested by coagulation ammonia test method or cassette antiglobulin test, 8 samples were found no abnormality through investigation by antihuman globulin test in our institution. Conclusion: There was a higher rate of irregular antibodies in Rh blood group system. Antihuman globulin test should not be ignored which could lead misunderstanding of agglutination.
