摘要：

目的：评价人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法：双极人工股骨头置换，治疗Evans Ⅲ～Ⅳ型股
骨转子间骨折16例，年龄75~85岁，平均年龄79.6岁。结果：本组病例均获得随访，随访时间6周~10月，平均随访时间9月，假
体无松动，关节功能重建良好；Harris评分：手术后随访评分平均93.1分。结论：人工髋关节置换手术可以早期重建髋关节功
能，是治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折较为有效的方法。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the clinical result of hip arthroplasty for the intertrochanteric fracture. Methods: 16 cases of
intertrochanteric fracture with Evans Ⅲ~Ⅳ were treated by Hip arthroplasty. These patients were 75 years old to 85 years old with an
average of about 79.6 years old. Results: All patients were follow-up for 6 weeks to 10 months (mean, 9 months). Artificial joints no
loose. Hip joints have a good reconstruction. The postoperative outcomes were evaluated by the Harris scale. An average 91.3 score was
scaled after operation. Conclusion: Hip arthroplasty can reconstruct the function of joint early, which is a good method for
intertrochanteric fracture.
