Chemical Constituents from Pinecone of Pinus kesiya R.

摘要:

目的:对思茅松松塔的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用95%乙醇提取思茅松松塔的化学成分,用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sep?
hadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为:15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid(1),15-hydroxylabd-8(17)-en- 19-oic acid(2),junicedric acid(3),β-谷甾醇(4),胡萝卜苷(5)。结论:除化合物(1)外均首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:

Objective:To study the chemical constituents from pinecone of Pinus kesiya R. Methods:The constituents were
extracted with 95% ethanol,isolated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. Then their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Results:Five compounds were isolated and identified as 15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid(1),15- hydroxylabd- 8(17)- en- 19- oic acid(2),junicedric acid(3),β- sitosterol(4),and daucosterol(5). Conclusion:This is the first report on the compounds 2-4 from Pinus kesiya R.
