摘要：

目的：分析无牙颌患者的全口义齿修复方法，制定合适的修复治疗方案。方法：制取无压力功能性印模、正确确定颌平面
和垂直距离、准确排牙、正确掌握义齿边缘的准确厚度和长度及舌翼的配合应用。结果：遵循传统的全口义齿修复理论和基本操作同时，积极开展了新的技术，获得了良好的修复效果。结论：根据基本理论和规范化操作，结合实际情况，设计合适的全口义齿修复方案，准确把握每一个修复步骤和细节，发现新问题并及时解决，可以取得良好的全口义齿修复效果。

Abstract:

Objective： To design a suitable solution of the complete denture restoration by making an analysis of the traditional
methods of the complete denture restoration. Methods：Stress-free functional impression was produced. The vertical distance to the occlusal was determined exactly. Accurate tooth arrangement was planned. And the exact thickness and length of the border of the denture were measured. Use of the lingual flange was knew well. Results：The author tried to adopt new technologies while applying traditional methods to complete denture restoration and it obtained a satisfactory result. Conclusion：Design a suitable solution of the complete denture restoration by basic theories and standard operation. Notice the accuracy for each step and overcome the difficulties，which could obtain a good result for the complete denture restoration.
