广东省民办独立学院学生人数已经占全省大学学生人数的三分之一，学校的教学质量越来越受到教育部门和社会的重视，而数学的教学一直是独立学院头疼的问题。首先根据独立学院经管类各专业的实际需要，提出了分层次教学法，并根据分层次教学的目的，介绍了分层次教学法的必要性和可行性，然后根据不同专业对数学知识要求的侧重点不同，探讨了分层次教学法在教学教法和期末考核上的具体内容。最后从教师和学生两方面阐明了经管类分层次教学法实施后的教学效果。

Abstract:

The number of students in independent colleges has accounted for one-third of the university students of province in
Guangdong. The quality of teaching is more and more emphasized by education department and society. And classroom teaching of mathematics always has been the most difficult in independent colleges. Firstly, according to the actual needs of independent colleges of economy and management professional students, we put forward necessity and feasibility of hierarchical teaching method, and then, according to the purpose of different levels, we probe into the specific contents in the teaching method and the final assessment of the hierarchical teaching method. Finally, the paper illustrates effect of hierarchical teaching method after implementation the teaching.
