摘要:

目的:研究云南松松塔抗HIV-1活性提取物的急性毒性,对其用药安全性进行初步评价。方法:急性毒性实验采用最
大给药量法,松塔提取物一次灌胃给药25 g/kg,观察小鼠在14 d内毒性表现,14 d后测量小鼠体重,脏器质量并对肝脏和肾脏作病理组织学检查。结果:急性毒性实验未见明显毒性。空白组与给药组各脏器指数差异无统计学意义,病理检查结果各组均未见异常。结论:本次实验结果显示,松塔活性提取物未见急性毒性反应。

Abstract:

Objective: To study acute toxicity of anti-HIV-1 active extracts from pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis and to evaluate its
medicinal safety. Methods: The maximum dosage test was used, and after intragastric administration of pinecone extracts in mice (25 g/kg once for 14 days, with acute toxicity observed during this period,the body weight and organ weight were measured and the histopathological examination on the liver and kidney was conducted. Results: The acute toxicity test showed no toxicity, the control group and the treatment group showed no significant difference statistically on organ index and pathological examination showed no abnormal results in each group.Conclusion: Therewasnoacutetoxicityreactiononanti-HIV-1activeextractsfrompinecone.
