摘要：

目的：研究肝龙胶囊和美洲大蠊脱脂膏对正常大鼠胆汁分泌的影响。方法：取80只大鼠随机分组，各组均按20 mL/kg进
行灌胃给药，1次/d，连续给药7 d。采用大鼠胆汁流量实验、胆汁成分分析观察受试药的利胆作用。结果：肝龙胶囊无利胆作
用，对胆汁成分无影响；而美洲大蠊脱脂膏具有利胆作用，其胆汁流量与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05），使胆汁中
TBL、DBL、IBL的含量降低（P < 0.05）。结论：肝龙胶囊对正常大鼠无利胆作用；美洲大蠊脱脂膏则有利胆作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effect of Ganlong capsule and Periplaneta americana skimmed cream on bile secretion of
normal rats. Methods: 80 rats were randomly divided into groups. After seven consecutive days of intragastric administration of 20
mL/kg once a day to each group, the effect was observed by the bile flow experiment and the analysis of bile composition. Results:
Ganlong capsule had no choleretic effec, and no effect on bile compositon. Periplaneta americana skimmed cream had choleretic effect,and compared with NS group, the difference in the bile flow was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the content of TBL, DBL and IBL in bile decreased (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Ganlong capsule had no choleretic effect; Periplaneta americana skimmed cream had choleretic effect.
