摘要：

目的：探讨老年患者跌倒的相关因素，提出预防老年患者跌倒的防范措施。方法：从生理、疾病、心理、药物、环境、陪护
及医务人员等方面分析老年患者跌倒因素，有针对性地采取预防措施。结果：有效减少老年患者跌倒的发生，提高老年患者住
院期间护理安全，减少医患纠纷。结论：采取有效的护理防范措施，可减少老年患者跌倒的发生。

关键词: 老年人, 跌倒, 原因分析, 对策

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the causes of falls of elderly patients and put forward measures for preventing the falls. Methods:
Causes of falls are analyzed from the aspects of physiology, diseases, psychology, medicine, environment and nursing and medical staff,and corresponding measures are proposed. Results: To reduce the risk of falls of elderly patients, improve their nursing safety in hospital and reduce medical disputes. Conclusion: Effective nursing and preventive measures can reduce the risk of falls of elderly patients.
