摘要:

目的:分析基层医院护士职业素养低下的原因并提出相应对策。方法:通过查阅文献分析基层医院护士职业素养低下
的原因及解决对策。结果:基层医院护士职业素养低下的原因主要有护理人才资源不足、结构不合理和流动性大。结论:只有
加强政策引导,改善护理人才结构和减少流动性,才能提高护士职业素养,增加病人满意度。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze causes of low professional qualities of nurses in basic level hospitals and propose the strategies.
Methods: The method of literature research was adopted to explore the causes and strategies. Results: The main reasons for the low professional qualities of nurses in basic level hospitals are shortage of nursing talents, unreasonable structures and talent flow.
Conclusion: Only by enhancing the policy guidance, improving structures of nursing talents and reducing talent flow can the
professional qualities of nurses and patient's satisfaction level be raised.
