摘要:

目的:对比研究不同表面活性剂对锡(Ⅱ)-苯芴酮络合物的影响及其在分光光度法测定中的增敏效果。方法:优化相
关实验条件,在最佳实验条件下考察所建立方法的分析性能。结果:吐温-80、TritonX-114、TritonX-100和吐温-20增敏后测
定锡的检出限(LOD)分别为0.018、0.021、0.024和0.027 μg/mL,灵敏度相对不使用表面活性剂提高约2倍。结论:表面活性剂
提高了方法的灵敏度,使分析方法更为绿色环保。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the enhancement effect of several surfactants in the spectrophotometric determination of trace tin and
effect on tin(Ⅱ)-benzfluorenone complex. Methods: Under the optimum experimental conditions, the analytical performance of the
method was investigated. Results: The detection limits(LODs)of tween-80, Triton X-114, Triton X-100 and tween-20 were 0.018,
0.021, 0.024 and 0.027 μg/mL. The sensitivity was improved about 2 times. Conclusion: The surfactants improved the sensitivity of
the method. The analysis method was more environmentally friendly.
