大理苍山5种野生植物对甲醛净化能力比较研究

Study on the Formaldehyde Purifying Effect of Five Wild Plants of the Cangshan Mountain in Dali

摘要:

在密闭条件下采用熏气法模拟居室装修后的甲醛污染环境,设置1、2和3 mg/m3 3种甲醛浓度对大理苍山5种野生植物
进行甲醛熏气处理,以24 h后植物单位叶面积吸收甲醛量作为对甲醛净化能力的评价指标,同时测定甲醛胁迫后叶绿素等生
理生化指标来评价其对甲醛耐受能力的大小。主要结论如下:(1)被测植物在一定程度上均可以有效吸收甲醛,3种甲醛处理
浓度下单位叶面积的甲醛吸收量均为大理垂头菊(Cremanthodium delavayi)和岩白菜(Bergenia purpurascens)较优于吉祥草
(Reineckia carnea)、裸花水竹叶(Murdannia nudiflora)和早花象牙参(Roscoea cautleoides);(2)不同植物在甲醛熏气后生理生化
指标表现出不同程度的的变化,综合分析结果表明大理垂头菊和岩白菜对甲醛的净化能力和耐受性较好;(3)野生植物在净化
甲醛气体方面存在巨大潜力。

Abstract:

Five wild plants of Cangshan Mountain in Dali were evaluated for their effectiveness in purifying formaldehyde with 1, 2
and 3 mg/m3 concentrations in a simulated indoor formaldehyde polluted decoration environment, and the absorption capacities as the
evaluation index were compared and ranked based on the absorption rate per leaf area after 24 h formaldehyde treatment. Meanwhile,
the chlorophyll content and other physiological and biochemistry index were measured to assess those plants' physiological responses to
formaldehyde stress. The primary conclusions are as follows:(1)The results showed that the capacities of different plants in purifying
formaldehyde were different, and under the concentration of three kinds of formaldehyde treatment, the Cremanthodium delavayi and
Bergenia purpurascens were better than Reineckia carnea, Murdannia nudiflora and Roscoea cautleoides for their purifying capacities.
(2)The tolerance of different species to formaldehyde stress were different. According to formaldehyde purifying capacity and the
tolerance measured in the experiment, Cremanthodium delavayi and Bergenia purpurascens had both higher purifying capacities and
higher tolerance.(3)Wild plants have a great potential in purifying formaldehyde gas.
