摘要:

地方综合性本科院校教学的普遍性问题表现为:以教师为中心的教学观念,重知识轻能力的教学目标,重理论轻实践
的教学内容,陈旧单一低效的教学方法,价值导向失当的教学评价。应通过师生角色的转换、培养模式的重构、教学能力的提升、教学模式的改革以及评价机制的完善来不断提高教学水平和教育质量,以适应经济社会发展对人才培养的需求。

Abstract:

The general problems of undergraduate course teaching in local comprehensive colleges and universities are: the teachercentered teaching concept, knowledge- focused teaching objectives, theory- emphasized teaching content, outdated single and inefficient teaching methods, and misleading teaching evaluation. In order to meet the need of economic and social development of talent training, we should improve the teaching level and quality of education in following ways: the conversion of roles of teacher and student, the reconstruction of training mode, the improvement of teaching ability, the reform of teaching mode and the improvement of evaluation mechanism.
