摘要: 为了研究微小RNA与信使RNA之间的调控关系,基于网络匹配方法对miRTarBase、TarBase和miRWalk 3种数据库组 成的整合型miRNA-mRNA调控网络进行网络模体挖掘,然后对其构成的子网络进行靶基因信号通道富集分析。实验结果表 明:miRNA-mRNA调控子网络简化了基因调控网络分析,并且通过靶基因富集分析有助于了解miRNA的生物学功能。

Abstract: To study the regulatory relationships between miRNAs and mRNAs, the network match star(NetMatchStar)method is applied to identify network motifs of the integrated miRNA-mRNA regulatory network, including miRTarBase, TarBase, and miRWalk databases. Then, this study performs a pathway enrichment analysis of the target genes in the sub- networks constituted by the identified network motifs. Results show that the miRNA-mRNA regulatory sub-networks could simplify the analysis of gene regulatory networks. Moreover, the enrichment analysis of target genes could help understand the biological functions of miRNAs.
