Study on Chemical Constituents of Whitfordiodendron filipes

摘要: 目的:对药用猪腰豆植物的化学成分进行研究,以期寻找活性成分。方法:猪腰豆乙醇提取物分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20等方法进行分离纯化,依据理化性质及波谱特征进行结构鉴定。结果:从猪腰豆乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位分离得到8个化合物,分别是尿囊素(1)、对甲氧基苯丙酸(2)、芒柄花苷(3)、(反式)-3,2',4',6'-四羟基-4-甲氧基查尔酮-2'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、蚕豆苷(5)、蔗糖(6)、D-3-O-甲基肌醇(7)、正三十三烷醇(8)。结论:化合物1~8 均首次从该种植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Objective: The chemical components of Whitfordiodendron filipes were studied in order to search for bioactive ingredients.Methods: The seed of the plant were extracted in the cold-soaked way with ethanol, and the ethanol extraction was partitioned with petroleum ether, acetic ether(EtOAc)and n-butyl alcohol(n-BuOH). The fraction was separated using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography methods, and their structures were identified based on spectroscopic analyses and chemical properties.Results: Eight compounds of EtOAc and n-BuOH fraction were purified and identified as allantoin(1), 3-(4-methoxyphenyl) propionic acid(2), formononetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(E)-3, 2′, 4′, 6′ -fourhydroxy-4-methoxy-chalcone-2′-O-Dglucopyranoside(4), vicioside(5), D- sucrose(6), D- 3- O- Quebrachitol(7), n- tritriacontanol(8). Conclusion: All these compounds were identified and isolated from the plant for the first time.
