地方高校理工科青年教师教学能力发展状况研究 ——以大理大学为例

摘要: 随着地方高校的急速扩招,很多青年教师加入了高校教师队伍。虽然有效推进了高校的师资队伍建设,但也出现了青年教师教学能力跟不上教育工作需求的状况。高校理工科青年教师因其专业特点,这个方面的问题尤为突出。提升新进教师的教学能力一直都被各高校重视,但是仍然存在一些问题。以大理大学为例通过问卷调查、专家咨询、教师交流等方式分析目前理工科青年教师教学能力发展的现状,明确影响地方高校理工科青年教师教学能力的主要因素,并结合所研究高校的实际 给出提升青年教师教学能力的建议。

Abstract: With the rapid expansion of college enrollment, a great many of young people are joining in the teaching staff of universities, which has effectively strengthened the faculty building, but meanwhile has brought many problems. Young teacher's ability generally lags behind the high demands of college teaching, especially in the field of science and engineering. Therefore,promoting new teachers' teaching ability has always been a focus for colleges and universities. The present paper investigated into status and main influential factors of young teachers' teaching ability development through questionnaires, expertise interview, and communications with teachers, and then proposed some suggestions for developing young teachers' abilities.
