摘要： 打好精准脱贫攻坚战是全面建成小康的重要之举。西双版纳州两县列入集中连片特殊困难地区，实现全面脱贫，形势 严峻，但责任重大、意义深远。通过分析西双版纳州精准脱贫现状和存在问题，提出西双版纳州精准脱贫建设性建议。

Abstract: Fighting against poverty is an important step in building a moderately prosperous society. Two counties in Xishuangbanna are listed in concentrated continuous poverty-stricken areas. Lifting poor people out of poverty in a full range is difficult, but is also urgent and of profound significance. Through the analysis of the status quo and existing problems, this study proposes some constructive suggestions for targeted poverty relief in Xishuangbanna .
