Effect of Different Altitudes on the Content of Iridoid Glycoside in Gentiana crassicaulis

摘要:

目的:探讨不同海拔粗茎秦艽中环烯醚萜苷类成分,为粗茎秦艽人工种植及仿野生栽培基地选择提供依据。方法:
采用高效液相色谱法测定不同海拔粗茎秦艽中4 种活性成分的含量,同时结合化学计量学方法对其指纹图谱进行分
析。结果:26批药材含量均符合《中国药典》质量规定,指纹图谱相似度均大于0.9,随海拔升高4种活性成分总含量呈钟状
变化。结论:海拔2 700 m左右地区的粗茎秦艽药材质量较优,建议粗茎秦艽人工种植及仿野生栽培基地选择此海拔附近。

Abstract:

Objective:To observe the content of iridoid glycoside in Gentiana crassicauls growing at different altitudes and to provide
a scientific basis for the cultivation of this herb and its suitable planting areas. Methods:A HPLC method was used to measure the
content of four active components in Gentiana crassicauls at different altitudes, and chemometric methods were applied to analyze
HPLC fingerprinting and chemical recognition. Results:The content of the active components in this medical plant from 26 product
batches was in compliance with relevant standards of quality. The similarity of chromatographic fingerprints was greater than 0.9. The
experimental results indicated that the influence of altitude variations on the content of iridoid glycoside was not significant.
Conclusion:The iridoid glycoside content in the Gentiana crassicauls roots at the altitude of 2 700 m is higher than that at other
altitudes which is suitable for the cultivation of Gentiana crassicauls .
