摘要： 精准扶贫已成为新形势下的热点，旅游精准扶贫是推行精准扶贫极为重要的举措。应通过以下途径来解决当下张家 界PPT发展战略存在的问题：以点带面，依托地区旅游资源，精准制定旅游特色产品发展策略，打造旅游产业特色；合作共享， 构建张家界各级政府联动机制，精准实施旅游扶贫动态管理；分类引导，完善旅游扶贫补偿机制，精准惠及旅游扶贫目标对象。
关键词: 旅游扶贫, 张家界, PPT, 发展战略
Abstract: Targeted poverty alleviation has become a hot topic under the new situation, and targeted touristic poverty alleviation is an extremely important measure for its implementation. Problems of PPT development strategy in Zhangjiajie should be solved in the following ways. Firstly, we should promote work in all areas by drawing upon the experience gained on key points. Based on regional tourist resources, featured products should be strategically promoted in order to build up a featured tourist industry. Secondly, with cooperative and sharing mechanisms, governments of all levels in Zhangjiajie can be interconnected and the administrative managements in the targeted poverty alleviation will be dynamic. Thirdly, the compensation mechanism in the targeted touristic poverty alleviation should be improved in order to ensure an accurate list of beneficiaries.
