物流与信息服务产业的聚集关联及优势匹配——基于云南的实证

Clustering Linkages and Comparative Advantages Matching between Regional Logistic and Information#br# Service Industries:Empirics of Yunnan Province

摘要: 基于云南的实证数据检验,探讨一种识别区域物流服务与信息服务之间产业聚集关联和比较优势匹配的测算方法和
判别步骤。首先,以2003年至2011年的地区产业就业量测算云南省16个州市、两个产业的区位商作为产业聚集的样本。通
过灰度关联分析发现:地区物流服务与信息服务产业之间的确存在高度关联性。但Granger检验发现这一关联并不具备一致
的统计因果性。通过多重比较和均值偏差分析进一步量化各个地区两个产业的比较优势,发现两者的地区比较优势分布也存
在高度匹配。物流与信息服务产业之间这种聚集关联与优势匹配的一致性为推进区域物流业信息化提供若干决策信息。

Abstract: Based on the empirical data test of Yunnan, this paper discusses a method and discriminant step for identifying industrial
aggregation and comparative advantage matching between regional logistics services and information services. First, we calculate the
location quotient(abbreviated as LQ)of 16 cities and two industries in Yunnan Province from 2003 to 2011 as samples of industrial
agglomeration. Grey relational analysis(abbreviated as GRA)of LQs gives the strong extend of regional clustering linkages between
the two industries. Rather oddly, Granger test points out no consistent causality under these linkages. Through multiple comparison and
mean variance analysis, the comparative advantages for the two industries between any two regions are then identified. Again, GRA
results show significant correlations between two industries across all regions. This consistency between regional clustering linkages
and comparative advantages matching provide us with critical policy choices regarding regional informatization of logistic industry.
