康复新液对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠肠道菌群的影响

摘要: [摘要]目的:研究康复新液对2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)联合醋酸诱导溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠肠道菌群的影响。方法:采用
DNCB联合醋酸建立UC模型,造模后各组分别灌肠给予美沙拉嗪,康复新液低、中、高剂量药物,正常对照组与模型对照组给
予0.9%氯化钠溶液。末次给药后处死大鼠,收集粪便样本,采用荧光定量PCR法检测各组大鼠粪便样本中主要菌种数量的变
化。结果:经药物治疗后,与模型对照组比较,康复新液各剂量组拟杆菌属、双歧杆菌属增加,康复新液低剂量组乳杆菌属增
加;康复新液低剂量组大肠埃希菌及康复新液中、高剂量组肠球菌属显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液可通过调节肠道菌
群,使益生菌数量增加,条件致病菌数量减少,平衡肠道菌群辅助UC的治疗。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕Objective: To study the effect of Kangfuxin liquid on gut flora in rats with ulcerative colitis induced by 2,4-
dinitrochlorobenzene combined with acetic acid. Methods: Rat models of UC were established by using DNCB combined with acetic
acid. Groups of UC were treated with Mesalazine, and low, medium and high doses of Kangfuxin respectively. Normal saline was given
to the control group and the model group. After their final treatment rats were sacrificed, and fecal samples were collected.
Fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the changes in the number of major bacterial species in fecal samples of rats in each
group. Results: Compared with the model group, the number of Bacteroides and Bifidobacterium increased in all the groups treated with
Kangfuxin. The number of Lactobacillus increased and the number of Escherichia coli significantly reduced in low-dose Kangfuxin
group; Enterococcus significantly decreased in medium-dose and high-dose Kangfuxin groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kangfuxin
liquid can improve people's gut bacteria and help control ulcerative colitis by increasing the number of probiotics, reducing the number
of opportunistic pathogens and balancing gut flora.
