摘要: 当前,在数量上应用型本科院校教师(特别是双师型教师)偏少;在质量上,应用型本科院校教师研究成果影响力与关
注度较低,学科带头人或学术领军人缺乏,学术共同体或学术团队尚未形成。显然,若不对现有教师进行培训,不论在数量层
面还是在质量层面,现有教师的素质都不足以推动或支持应用型本科院校转型发展与内涵发展。而企业大学实现了理论知识
与实践的无缝融合,为此,在剖析应用型本科院校教师培训存在问题与雅居乐企业大学培训模式的基础上,提出应用型本科院
校教师培训模式。

Abstract: At present, the number of teachers(especially teachers with double certificates)in application- oriented colleges is
relatively small; in terms of quality, those teachers have drawn little attention to their research achievements and therefore have limited
social influence. There is also a lack of academic leaders, academic communities or teams. It is obvious that if the teachers are not
trained now, they are hardly able to support the transformational or connotative development of the application-oriented colleges, either
in quality or in quantity. However, entrepreneurial universities have realized perfect integration of theories and practices. Therefore, the
present paper proposes a training mode for teachers in application-oriented colleges based on the analyses of existing problems and the
training mode of Agile Entrepreneurial University.
